Exercise Therapy is designed to help clients and athletes optimize their movement quality and reduce movement habits that create discomfort, increase wear and tear, and interfere with proper movement.
The exercise therapy specialist assesses clients and athletes movement patterns in order to develop the corrective exercise strategies that will reduce injury risk, maximize performance, and optimize recovery.
Fascia Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy™ is a safe, pain-free, unique, system of table-based assisted stretching. It is a gentle way of stretching using traction to ease the joint space and allow for greater range of motion in the joint capsule. The results of FST™ provide key elements in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, athletic performance, and pain relief, which help restore function to move and feel better in activities of life, fitness, and sports.
Patients are fully clothed and the therapist assists the body in moving through a dynamic flow of stretches. Treatments are relaxing and rejuvenating.
Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning (S&C) is the selection and development of dynamic and static exercises used to improve physical performance. Originally it has benefited athletes, but is now widely used in both athletics and simply improving physical fitness.
S&C is used to develop every area of the body and improve the way a person moves.
Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance
It aims to improve strength and endurance, to reduce the incidence and severity of injuries and to improve technique and overall performance.
S&C can be beneficial for people of different ages and abilities to Improve Human Movement.
